BUFFALO SPRINGFIELD 1967 ORIGINAL "BG-98-OP-2" FILLMORE CONCERT POSTER

Hello and welcome!
This auction is for an authentic and original concert poster for Buffalo Springfield, featuring Neil Young, performing on December 21-23, 1967 at the Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco.
This poster is part of the famous "Bill Graham Presents" poster series and is designated "BG-98-OP-2", according to Eric King's
indispensable book on the subject, "The Collector's Guide to Psychedelic Rock Concert Posters".
The BG 98 poster has three variations and ALL THREE are considered ORIGINAL 1st PRINTINGS because all three were
printed during the initial press run, with alterations being made to the printing plate as typographical errors were discovered.
The first version misspells Bill Graham's last name (omitting the second letter "A") in the yellow diagonal bar in the bottom right corner of the artwork.
*The SECOND VERSION, which I AM OFFERING HERE, was printed after a tiny second letter "A" in Graham's name was etched onto the printing plate.
The third version adds not only the second "A" in Graham's name but also adds the artist's name "Kelly" (sic) in the bottom right corner of the yellow photo of the large machine.
*So again, the SECOND VERSION poster I'M OFFERING HERE DOES have the added "A" in Graham but does NOT have the added name "Kelly" (sic).
The size of this poster is approximately 11" x 21".

he condition is Near Mint (NM) with some tiny corner tip and edge dings, very light toning at the edges and several small areas of excess blue ink that would've occurred during printing.
