Fresh from a local Central New York Estate Attic we are pleased to offer for sale an original 1966 Pre-Concert Hand Bill for Jefferson Airplane - Grateful Dead - PH Phactor Jug Band - Andrew Staples - Country Joe & The Fish - Quick Silver Messenger Service & More, Venue - Fillmore Auditorium San Francisco Ca, Date - Sept. 2, 1966, Size - 5-1/8" x 8-3/8". This Hand Bill is the same as the original Pre-Concert poster that was printed before the concert and is a 1st printing, the Artist Gus Wilson was a pioneer of Psychedelic Poster Design, this is the 1st Printing that Gus Wilson used his wife Eva as a model for the nude female figure which would soon be a feature of his work. Since I find that Condition is Subjective I will tell you what I believe and what I see, In my opinion the Condition is Very Fine, lower left corner tiny white dot, left side midway tiny white dot, left side midway tiny micro tear 1/16" or less, ( I had to use a jewelers loop to see this), several tiny white dots see close up photos for details again loop,, a little light wear from handling, none of this detracts from the Hand Bill.
