This listing is for a lovely cased set of six (6) matching Victorian Period silver plated napkin rings made by William Hutton & Sons. The napkin rings have a wide engraved decorative band around the center of each napkin ring with cartouche engraved with numbers 2,3,4,5,5,6 (see photos). Each napkin ring is stamped with the trademark stamp of William Hutton & Sons of Sheffield, England who produced electro-plated items from 1843 to 1900. Napkin rings come in a fitted velvet and silk lined dome-top leather/leather-type case.
Measures 1" high and 1 3/4" in diameter. Silver plated napkin rings weigh 150 grams and the boxed set weighs 9.2 ounces.
The napkin rings are in excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws. The box is in very good condition reflecting only minor signs of normal wear. The hinges are tight and the box opens and closes correctly with push-button button in front to open.
